IPC 7711/21 certification.
IPC 7711/21 is the rework and repair course offered by IPC. It differentiates between the repair of a board to original design, and the repair of a board to make it work irrelevant of design.
This module is practical based similar to the J-STD-001 course, the candidate will have to show that he or she is able to remove the damaged track or component and re-lay a replacement down. This module can be offered at the CIS and CIT level
