Advanced hand soldering SMD’s

This course is the next step to Impacts introduction to soldering SMD’s. Now we understand basic procedures, we can move to using various applications to install devices e.g. Hot air and infra-red. We will also concentrate on techniques used for various devices, alloy compositions and the use of solder paste.

In this 2-day course we will also cover inspection and fault finding procedures that will lead on to gaining knowledge of reworking SMT

Subjects covered in this 2-day course will include safe workshop practices, component recognition, soldering / removal of components and fault finding / inspection processes.
