IPC 7711/21 is the rework and repair course offered by IPC. This guideline-based standard provides procedures for rework, repair and modification of printed board assemblies. The revision includes processes such as removal and installation of components and track & laminate repair. The standard also covers conformal coating removal and BGA re-balling methods in accordance with industry related acceptability criteria.
This course is designed for industry professionals with an interest in rework, repair & modification with acceptance criteria for electronic and electrical assemblies. The discipline is an industry recognised program and students are awarded a certificate upon successful completion.
