Structured across three class levels, IPC/WHMA-A-620 covers a comprehensive range of industry-related topics, including materials, tools and preparation, crimping with various contact styles, IDC and flat cable, splicing, ultrasonic welding, connectors, overmolding, potting, coaxial assemblies, and final installation processes.
This industry-developed program focuses on enhancing individual skills with an emphasis on inspection and quality acceptance. The modular structure includes a mandatory Module 1, with subsequent optional modules offering practical, hands-on skills training. Recognized throughout the industry, successful completion of the course awards students a certificate.
